Description
This command configures syslog facility levels. Syslog Facility is an information field associated with a syslog
message.
Syntax
Parameter Description Range Default
syslog-level <level>
Configures the Syslog facility level.
You can configure any of the following logging
levels:
l Emergency — Panic conditions that occur
when the system becomes unusable.
l Alert — Any condition requiring immediate
attention and correction.
l Critical — Any critical conditions such as a
hard drive error.
l Errors —Error conditions.
l Warning — Warning messages.
l Notice — Significant events of a non-critical
and normal nature. The default value for all
Syslog facilities.
l Informational — Messages of general
interest to system users.
l Debug — Messages containing information
useful for debugging.
