csa
Channel Switch Announcement
(CSA), as defined by IEEE
802.11h, allows an AP to
announce that it is switching to
a new channel before it begins
transmitting on that channel.
Clients must support CSA in
order to track the channel
change without experiencing
disruption.

depend on the regulatory
domain (country). Channel
number configuration options
for 20 MHz and 40 MHz
modes:
l num: Entering a channel
number disables 40 MHz
mode and activates 20 MHz
mode for the entered
channel.
l num+: Entering a channel
number with a plus (+) sign
selects a primary and
secondary channel for
40 MHz mode. The number
entered becomes the
primary channel and the
secondary channel is
determined by increasing
the primary channel
number by 4. Example:
157+ represents 157 as the
primary channel and 161 as
the secondary channel.
