● Ensure that the Teradici Remote Workstation card version matches the Teradici PCoIP SDK version 2.9.
● Ensure that host cards are connected to a remote workstation.
● Ensure that host cards are installed correctly, that is, connected to a remote workstation with GPU.
NOTE: The SDK in ThinOS does not function similar to Teradici zero client firmware. For example, the SDK in ThinOS does
not support USB redirection with the host card connection. This feature is mainly for workstation users working on the
server remotely.
To configure the PCoIP connection, do the following:
1. On ThinOS desktop, go to Connect Manager.
2. Click New, and then click PCoIP.
