NOTE:

• If the provided answers are incorrect, the following error message is displayed.

• If you provide the wrong answers more than three times, you cannot unlock the account or reset the password, and the

following error messages are displayed.

Resetting password

After you register the security questions, do the following to reset your password:

1. Choose a task (Reset password) in Account Self-Service window.

2. Enter the user name.

The Reset Password dialog box is displayed.
