Release type and denition

This release supports Windows Embedded Standard 7—WES7 Unied MUI Build 7064 for the Ransomware WannaCrypt susceptibility.

WannaCrypt, also known as WannaCry, targets out-of-date Windows systems. This release build contains valid WES7 security updates—

KB4012212, to protect your system from the ransomware WannaCrypt susceptibility.

The WES7 Unied MUI Build 7064 is a 32-bit image. This build supports the following platforms:

• Wyse 3030 thin client

• Wyse 5010 thin client with WES7

• Wyse 5020 thin client with WES7

• Wyse 7010 thin client with WES7

• Wyse 7010 Extended Chassis thin client with WES7

• Wyse 7020 thin client with WES7

This build can be pushed on a ash with 16 GB and above with 4 GB RAM.

New features The following are the new features in this release: • Boot Agent updated to 3.4.4 version • Citrix HDX updated to 2.2 • Flash.sys updated to 1.0.7.6 • WDA is installed with updated version 2.1.4 version. • Power term connect client to 7.6 • NetXclean updated to 3.0.0.8 • Bluetooth driver: 19.0.1603.0630 • Security patches until April 2017 and the WannaCrypt knowledge base articles are also included. Imaging units from WDM environment Imaging the units from WDM can be done in two scenarios, on top of which the Unified MUI build can be pushed. The scenarios are as follows: 1 Unified MUI build As the unified MUI builds have the language metadata in Merlin partition. Imaging the unified MUI build brings up the unit in the same MUI language present in Merlin.
