1 Power and battery-status light

Indicates the power state and battery state of the

computer.

Solid white —

• Computer is connected to the power adapter

and the battery is fully charged.

• Computer is running on battery and the battery

has more than 5% charge.

Blinking white — Computer is running on battery and the

computer is in standby mode.

Solid amber —

• Computer is connected to the power adapter

and the battery is being charged.

• Computer is connected to the power adapter

and the computer is in sleep or hibernate mode.

Blinking amber — Computer is running on battery and

the battery has less than 5% charge.

Off — Computer is Off, in sleep or hibernate mode, and

the battery is not being charged.
