DIMM A (located under the keyboard) holds the primary memory module as configured from the factory. DIMM B (located on the bottom of the computer) holds any additional memory you may have ordered.

Turn the computer over so that the bottom is facing down and remove the M2.5 x 5-mm screw securing the system board. 17. Disconnect the fan cable from the system board. 18. Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board. 19. Disconnect the modem cable from the system board.
