BROILING
Very important: the broil element must always be used with the oven door
closed.
USING THE GRILL PAN
■ Set the function selector knob to broil position as explained in the preceding
paragraphs and let the broil element preheat for about 5 minutes with the
door closed.
■ Place the food to be cooked above the grill-pan grid.
■ Introduce the grill-pan (tray + grid) in the oven (fig. 6.3a) and insert it on the
first or second level from the top (fig. 6.3).
Do not broil without using the grill pan.
Important: Use always special handle supplied with the appliance to
insert/remove the grill-pan from the oven.
