TURN DIAL TO <CLEAN> POSI-
TION TO START CLEANING
CLEAN
Milk has been delivered recently and the tubes
inside the milk container must be cleaned (D).
Turn the froth adjustment dial (D1) to CLEAN
(g. 21).

ADJUSTMENT DIAL TO MILK
POSITION
The milk container has been inserted with
the froth adjustment dial (D1) in the "CLEAN"
position.
Turn the dial to the required froth position.
DESCALING NEEDED

The machine must be descaled.
Press " " to start descaling or ""
" to descale later. The descaling pro-
cedure described in section “19. Descale” needs
to be performed.
REPLACE WATER SOFTENER
FILTER
PRESS OK TO START
The water softener lter (C4) is exhausted.
Press " " to replace or remove the lter,
or " " to carry out the procedure later.
Follow the instructions in section “21. Water
softener lter”.

The inside of the appliance is very dirty. Clean the inside of the appliance thoroughly,
as described in section “18. Cleaning”. If the
message is still displayed after cleaning, con-
tact customer services.
The appliance needs descaling and/or the lter
(C4) must be replaced.
The descaling procedure described in section
“19. Descale” needs to be performed and/or
the lter needs replacing or removing as de-
scribed in section “21. Water softener lter”.
The tubes inside the milk container (C) must be
cleaned.
Turn the froth adjustment dial (D1) to CLEAN
(g. 21).
The lter (C4) must be replaced. Replace the lter or remove it as described in
section “21. Water softener lter”.
