PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
The cold coee is hot Too little and/or the wrong quantity of
ice has been used
Respect the instructions in section “15. making
cold beverages”.
The ice is not completely dissolved Continue stirring, press "YES" at the end of
preparation when the prompt appears on the
display
There is little or no froth on the cold
milk
The "SMALL" quantity is selected, but
the quantity of milk for a large cup has
been used
Respect the instructions in section “15. making
cold beverages”.
"MIN" froth has been selected Select “EXTRA” froth (see section “15.1 Making
cold coee”)
The stirrer is missing, or the wrong one
has been used
Insert the aero stirrer (E7)
The milk is unsuitable Change brand of milk
The cold milk is hot Hot milk, or milk at room temperature
has been used
Use milk at refrigerator temperature (5° C)
The machine emits noises or small
pus of steam while not in use
The machine is ready for use, or has re-
cently been turned o, and condensate
is dripping into the hot vaporiser
This is part of normal operation. To limit the
phenomenon, empty the drip tray.
