Tatung Company of America, Inc. (“Tatung”), 28 50 El Presidio Street, Long Beach, California 908 10, warrants to you,

the original owner of this new Tatung product that all parts of this product are free from defects in material and

workmanship,for one year from the date of purchase under normal use and service.

Tatung will, at our option, repair or replace the product or any part that becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise

fails to conform to this warranty under normal use and service during the term of this warranty, at no charge to you for parts and

labor.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Defects, malfunctions or failures resulting from causes beyond the control of Tatung or the manufacture of the

product, including, but not limited to, shipping or transit accidents, abuse, misuse operation contrary to furnished

instructions, improper or insufficient ventilation, operation with incorrect power supplies, operation with faulty

associated equipment, modification, alternation, improper servicing, acts of God, tampering or normal wear and

tear;

2. Products on which the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed;

3. Products purchased outside of the United States.

Should any product submitted for warranty service be found ineligible for warranty service, we will provide you with an

estimate of the cost of repair and will repair the product upon your request and upon receipt of payment or acceptable

arrangements for payment.

You must carry-in or mail-in your product at you cost during the limited warranty period (one year from the date of

purchase). This limited warranty only applies to products purchased and serviced in the United States. This Limited

Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and only covers product purchased as new. Please pack your portable

air conditioner carefully to avoid damages in transit. Tatung dose not be responsible for improper handling in transit, or for

transportation expenses. To expedite processing, please indicate nature of the defect, along with a copy of one of the

following: a dated sales receipt, invoice, bill of sale, detailed charge slip, or dated proof of purchase, and contact Tatung

Service Department at 1-800-827-2850

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an

implied Limited Warranty lasts, so the exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This is the

only express warranty applicable to the product. Tatung neither assumes nor authorized anyone to assume for it any other

express warranty.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS CONDITIONED ON AND BECOMES EFFECTIVE UPON DATE OF PURCHASE.

Tatung reserves the right to change implied warranty without notice.
