Description
Low noise ceiling/wall mount ventilating fan with super low
prole rated for continuous running. Fan has been awarded
ENERGY STAR® qualied. It is HVI, UL, and cUL certied, and can
be used to comply with ASHRAE 62.2 local and whole building
intermittent operation. Meets CA Title 24 requirements..
DC Motor/Blower

TYPICAL SPECIFICATION
Ventilation fan shall be Delta Breez model 70HS; ENERGY STAR
qualied with brushless DC motor engineered to run continuously
for a minimum 70,000 hours; air ow rating of 70CFM and loudness
rating of 2.0 Sones at 0.1 static pressure as certied by the Home
Ventilating Institute (HVI); power consumption of 13.2 Watts with
eciency rating of 5.8 CFM/Watt. Fan will feature LED indicator
running light, motor lock protection and self-compensating
motor speed for intended airow when static pressure is
encountered. In humidity sensing mode, the fan will start when
humidity is above 60%, and will stop when humidity is below
60% automatically. UL and cUL listed for tub/shower enclosure
when used with GFCI-protected branch circuit wiring.
