Note:
Dual-ported RAM addresses are given both as absolute addresses on the PMAC
side (with a $ prefix) and as offsets from the base address on the host-computer
side (with a “0x” prefix). Detailed information on these functions is given in the
manual for the Option 2 DPRAM.
