WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc.
All Delta Products Carry The Following Warranty:
Delta Consolidated Industries (DCI) warrants that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time otfhe
sale. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or unreasonable or unintended use of the product. modification,
disassembly and/or re-assembly of the product will invalidate this warranty. Damage to the contents of the box, vehicle or other
consequential damages is excluded from this warranty. In the case of a nonconforming product, you should return the product to
the point of purchase or an authorized Delta retail/dealer store. The seller will either repair or replace the product at their option if the
product should prove to be defective in material or workmanship. If you feel that you have not been offered a satisfactory resolution
to your warranty issue, you may submit your request in writing for further consideration to the Warranty Department, Delta
Consolidated Industries, Inc., P.O. Box 1846, Jonesboro, AR, 72403-1846. Explain in writing the nature of the problem and why you
feel you have not been offered a satisfactory solution. Be sure to include the model number of the product and a copy of the sales
receipt. note: This warranty applies solely to domestic sales and shipments made within the continental USA. It gives you specific
legal rights in the USA and you may have other rights imposed by one or more states in the USA.
Delta PRO Brand Crossover, Innerside, Chest, Topside, Underbed and Trailer Tongue Storage Products Three-Year
Warranty Statement
This Warranty is made by DCI to the original purchaser of Delta PRO Brand aluminum and Steel Crossover, Innerside, Chest,
Topside, Underbed Truck and Trailer Tongue Boxes and it is valid for three (3) years from date of the purchase upon presentation of
a copy of the original sales rec eipt at the time of the warranty claim. If the un-damaged Posi-LiftTm II gas springs fail to open an
unrestricted lid during the period of the warranty coverage stated above, DCI will provide replacement gas springs at no-charge.
Installation of replacement gas springs is not included.
Delta Champion Brand Truck Box One-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is made by DCI to the original purchaser of Delta Champion Brand Truck Boxes made by DCI and is valid for one (1)
year from date of purchase upon presentation of a copy of the original sales receipt at the time of the warranty claim .
Delta Brand aluminum, Steel and Poly Crossover, Inner side, Chest, Liquid Transfer Tank, Trailer Tongue and Wheel Well
Storage Products One-Year

* Excludes Structural Foam model 203000 and 204000 Crossovers which have a special warranty which apply to only these models.

JOBSITE Brand Steel Storage Products One-Year Limited Warranty *
This warranty is made by DCI to the original purchaser of JOBSITE Brand Steel Storage Boxes made by DCI and is valid for one
year from date of purchase upon presentation of a copy of the original sales receipt at the time of the warranty claim.
