CLEANING AND CARE Care should be given to the cleaning of this product. Although its finish is extremely durable, it can be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel. A. 1 B. 2 3 1 4 3 2 1 1 1 2 Spout Installation If you are installing the faucet on a Stainless Steel or a thin sink use RP37490 Stablization Plate SUPPLIED WITH FAUCET. A. Shut off water supplies. Assemble base (1) and gasket (2). Place base and gasket over mounting hole for the spout. Slide spout tube and shank (3) through base and position spout assembly onto base (Note the “F” (4) is positioned toward the front). OPTION: If surface is uneven, use silicone sealant under the gasket. B.

Pull Delta is not responsible for tubing that is cut too short or cut in a way that will not allow for a leak-free joint. Potential Problems and Remedies l Tubing is not cut perpendicular to the axis of the tube: carefully make an additional cut, being careful not to cut the tube too short.

Insert spray hose (2) down through spray support. B. Pull diverter clip (1) outward until loose; but, do not completely remove. Remove diverter cap (2) from diverter (3) and keep somewhere safe in case you choose not to have a side spray later on. Keeping the diverter clip pulled out, insert spray hose nipple (4) into diverter (3).

Faucet fittings (1) are 3/8" compression, with ends colored red for hot and blue for cold. Loop tubing (2) if it is too long. Note: Recommended tubing minimum bend diameter is 8". Secure metal nut (3) on faucet tube to supply valve connection (4) and hand tighten, then tighten one additional turn with wrench. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Repeat for other tube.
