BELT TO MOTOR

1. DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM

POWER SOURCE.

2. Remove the two screws (A) Fig. 12, on top of the

disc sander and remove plate (B).

3. Make sure that the belt (C) Fig. 13, is in the groove

of the pulley (D) on the disc sander.

4. Lift up on motor (F) Fig. 14, and place belt (C) on the

motor pulley (G).

5. Slowly release motor (F) Fig. 14, to apply pressure to

belt (C).

6. Make sure that the motor is level and tighten hex

nuts (H) Fig. 15, to hold the motor in place.
