Important: To ensure proper operation of your plumbing it is essential to install these check valve assemblies onto your supply stops. Insert ferrule (1) into cold water stop. C. Thread on check valve (2) and tighten. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Repeat steps A & B for hot water stop. D. Ensure all fittings and end connections are free of debris.

Be sure to hold the end of the hose down into the sink and turn faucet handle (4) to the mixed position. Flush water lines for one minute. IMPORTANT: This flushes away any debris that could cause damage to internal parts. Reinstall the sprayer. Hand tighten the hose nut (4) into the sprayer assembly (3).

Disconnect the two spade contacts (1) black wire“-” and (2) red wire “+”from the solenoid body (3) C. Disconnect the electronics module (1) from the installation by Setting The Handle Limit Stop (Optional) releasing tabs (2). Leave the valve body in place. This faucet includes an integrated handle limit stop that has two positions.

SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLIES. Replace valve cartridge (5).

Solenoid Troubleshooting a. Check to make sure the spout connector, RP53233 is attached to the spout and the wire from the solenoid / electronics kit. If it is disconnected, or loose (see step 6A), reattach and check for proper operation. b. Replace batteries. c. If it is attached and the light still does not display on the indicator at the base of the spout, replace the spout assembly**. 1. If your spout flashes a red light on then off and then keeps repeating this, replace the batteries.
