4 Using RMCTools
The following buttons are available on the Standard Toolbar:
New Project
Creates a new .
Open Project
Opens an RMCTools project.
Save Project
Saves the RMCTools project.
Cut
Cuts the selection and places it in the
clipboard.
Copy
Copies the selection to the clipboard.
Paste
Pastes the clipboard contents.
Controller
Indicates the state of the controller.
RMCTools is
not
communicating
with the
controller.
RMCTools is
connected to
the controller
and the
controller is in
PROGRAM
Mode.
RMCTools is
connected to
the controller
and the
controller is in
RUN Mode.
Click the controller button to
do any of the following:
• Go Online
• Go Offline
• Change the Connection Path
• Download All to Controller
• Upload All from Controller
• Enter RUN Mode
• Enter PROGRAM Mode
• View Controller Properties
Fault Controller
Issues the Fault Controller (8)
command to the controller. This
command halts all the axes and puts
the RMC in PROGRAM mode.
Axis Tools
Opens the Axis Tools window.
