BEFORE YOU START CAUTION: • Tempered safety glass is stronger than normal glass but is not unbreakable. A scratch to the glass or contact with a hard surface (such as a screw head or tile/concrete floor) can cause it to break or weaken. This could, immediately or even at a later time, cause the glass panel to shatter into many small pieces without apparent cause. When it does break, it loudly explodes into thousands of smaller pieces (the smaller pieces reduce the risk of personal injury).

1 Dam Strip Installation Using a measuring tape, measure distance between side walls at sill height as shown in Figure 1. 5 L1 Place dam strip support (L1) over dam strip (C1) and against the side wall. Using a pencil, mark the hole location on the dam strip support (L1). Repeat for remaining dam strip support (L1) at opposite end of enclosure. For acrylic enclosures, proceed to steps 6a-7a. For tile enclosures, proceed to steps 6b-7b. 9 E1 Reinstall the dam strip (C1) and dam strip support (L1). Use drill to start #8x 30mm FH screw (E1) into anchor. Next, use a screwdriver to hand tighten until secure. 21 Place right top collar (H1) into position. Secure to side enclosure with wall screws (D1). Hand Tighten until fully secure. Repeat for remaining top collar (I1).
