Slide the tubes to the back of the holes, as shown, to hold in position. I. Install O-rings (1) on risers (2).

Install forms (4) G. Apply caulk along bottom edge of plasterguard (3) and install over F. Install O-rings (1) on risers (2). Install test plugs (3) into risers and check H. Fill in open area with concrete. You are now ready to install the E.
