Delta Wall Mount and Hand Shower
Unit Installation Instructions
Installation of Wall Mount:
1. Select Location
Select wall mount position desired for hose length.
Note: Locate so there will be slack in the hose
when shower is in extreme up or down position.
2. Install the Mount
a. Unscrew the nut and mount assembly from the
base. Note: The base will be used as your
guide for making drill locations.
b. Place the base in the desired location on the wall.
Line up the holes in the vertical (up-down)
position. Mark the holes and drill 1/4” holes.
c. Install the anchors provided.
d. Place the gasket on the wall, with the two holes positioned over the anchors.
e. Position the base on the gasket, lining up the two holes. Fasten the base to the wall with the screws provided.
f. Place the cover over the base.
g. Screw the nut and mount assembly back onto the base. Hand tighten only.
For ceramic tiles: Drill ¼” holes in grout (if possible) and insert anchors.
For fiberglass/acrylic surface: A toggle bolt (instead of supplied screws) may be necessary for proper installation.

3. Connect the Hose to Water Supply
Standard Installation: A Washer must be rmly seated into the bottom of the
standard hex nut end of the Hose. Then rmly hand tighten the hose nut clockwise
onto the water supply outlet. Do not use a wrench or pliers.
In the case where the hand shower does not have a double check valve (which
functions as a vacuum breaker) then a vacuum breaker can be installed.
Installation with Vacuum Breaker (purchased separately): If a Vacuum Breaker is
required for your installation, the Vacuum Breaker should be connected to the
standard hex nut end of the Hose and then attach it to the water supply connection
(most often the shower arm). If you attach the Vacuum Breaker to the Hand Shower,
it will not function as designed.
4. Connect Tapered End of Hose to Hand Shower
Seat the Washer rmly into the Hose nut. Carefully align the thread of the tapered end
of the Hose directly to the Hand Shower. Hand tighten - do not use a wrench or pliers.
Then place the Hand Shower into the Wall Mount holder.

Parts and Finish
All parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of this Delta

faucet are warranted to
the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the
original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed or, for commercial
users, for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Electronic Parts and Batteries (if applicable)
Electronic parts (other than batteries), if any, of this Delta
®
faucet are warranted to the original consum-
er purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase
or, for commercial users, for one year from the date of purchase. No warranty is provided on batteries.
Delta Faucet Company will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the applicable warranty period, any
part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use
and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, Delta Faucet Company may elect to refund
the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies.
Delta Faucet Company recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. We
also recommend that you use only genuine Delta
®
replacement parts.
Delta Faucet Company shall not be liable for any damage to the faucet resulting from misuse, abuse,
neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to
follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original purchaser must be made available to Delta
Faucet Company for all warranty claims unless the purchaser has registered the product with Delta
Faucet Company. This warranty applies only to Delta

faucets manufactured after January 1, 1995 and
installed in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.
DELTA FAUCET COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LABOR CHARGES) FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE FAUCET. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary
