ATTACH THE BOTTOM CROSSMEMBER (B) USING THE M12 x 100MM BOLTS (N), FLANGES (I), M12 WASHERS (P), AND M12 LOCKNUTS (R). INSTALL THE RUBBER SHOES (L).

TOOLS REQUIRED: METRIC WRENCHES OR SOCKET SET ATTACH THE BOTTOM SUPPORT (B) TO THE BOTTOM CROSSMEMBER OF THE POWER RACK OR SMITH MACHINE YOU ARE INSTALLING TO USING M12 x 75MM BOLTS (S), 4” FLANGE PLATES (J), M12 WASHERS (W) AND M12 LOCKNUTS (V). TIGHTEN SECURELY. INSTALL RUBBER SHOE (K) TO BOTTOM SUPPORT (B).
FRAME ASSEMBLY G H W V B INSTALL THE REAR SUPPORT TUBE (G) TO THE BOTTOM SUPPORT (B) ALIGNING HOLES IN FLANGE WITH PIN AND THREADED STUD. INSTALL 12MM WASHER (W) AND 12MM NUT (V) AND TIGHTEN. INSTALL THE FRONT SUPPORT TUBE (H) TO THE BOTTOM SUPPORT (B) ALIGNING HOLES IN FLANGE WITH PIN AND THREADED STUD. INSTALL 12MM WASHER (W) AND 12MM NUT (V) AND TIGHTEN.
WEIGHT CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY M Reducers may be factory installed F M N INSTALL THE REDUCERS (M) INTO EACH END OF WEIGHT CARRIAGE (F). SCREW THE RUBBER BUMPER (L) INTO BOTTOM FLANGE.
FRAME ASSEMBLY INSTALL THE WEIGHT CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY ONTO THE REAR FRAME WITH THE WEIGHT BAR FACING FORWARD. SLIDE DOWN UNTIL IT RESTS ON THE RUBBER BUMPER.
TOP FRAME ASSEMBLY L A O V Q Q T P INSTALL THE 3-1/2” PULLEYS (P) INTO THE TOP FRAME (A) USING THE PULLEY BUSHINGS (Q), THE M12 x 65MM BOLTS (T), AND THE M12 LOCK NUTS (V). NOW INSERT THE 2” x 3” CAP (J) INTO THE END OF THE TOP FRAME (A).
FRAME ASSEMBLY V W S W W S W V J ATTACH THE FRONT OF THE TOP FRAME ASSEMBLY TO THE POWER RACK OR SMITH MACHINE WITH M12 x 65MM BOLTS (S), M12 WASHERS (W), 4” FLANGE (J), AND LOCKNUTS (V). HAND TIGHTEN ONLY ATTACH THE BACK OF THE TOP FRAME ASSEMBLY TO THE FRAME SUPPORT TUBES WITH M12 x 65MM BOLTS (S), M12 WASHERS (W), AND LOCKNUTS (V). SECURELY TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS.
FLOATING PULLEY ASSEMBLY (NOTE: THE NUTS USED ON THIS BENCH ARE LOCK NUTS, THIS MEANS YOU MUST TIGHTEN THEM DOWN PAST THE PLASTIC INSERT.) V U P W U I ASSEMBLE THE FLOATING PULLEY ASSEMBLY USING THE 3 1/2” PULLEYS (P), THE 5” FLANGES (I), THE M12 x 55MM BOLTS (U), THE 12MM FLAT WASHERS (W), AND THE 12MM LOCKNUTS (V).
CABLE INSTALLATION WARNING: THE BAR CATCH IS MEANT FOR HOLDING THE BAR ONLY, NOT FOR BODY WEIGHT NOTE: BOTH CABLES ARE THE SAME LENGTH THE CHAIN ATTACHES TO THE BOTTOM CABLE BETWEEN THE CABLE AND THE ROW BAR. STARTING WITH THE CABLE END WITHOUT THE BALL, INSTALL UPPER CABLE OVER FRONT PULLEY, BACK TO MIDDLE PULLEY, DOWN TO TOP PULLEY OF FLOATING PULLEY ASSEMBLY, UP TO REAR PULLEY AND DOWN TO WEIGHT CARRIAGE. ATTACH SNAP HOOK TO END OF CABLE AND THEN TO WEIGHT CARRIAGE BRACKET.
