Water Tight Battery Box Delux® 12v Diaphragm Pump Aluminum Frame Cam Lock Fitting Accumulator Tank 200 feet of ½ Inch Rubber Hose 10 inch Pneumatic Tires 12 Foot Clear Vinyl Pickup Tube 24 Inch PVC Soft Wash Wand The Bronco - Soft Wash Machine is a low entry cost - high profit potential solution for low pressure cleaning. It features a 12 volt, 7 GPM, 100 PSI, Delux diaphragm pump, and a Flojet accumulator tank.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX? DELUX® 12 VOLT DIAPHRAGM PUMP 7 GPM, 100 PSI, Delux® diaphragm pump with a maximum temperature of 160 F. FLOJET ACCUMULATOR TANK The FLOJET Accumulator Tank when used with a diaphragm pump gives you the best of both worlds! High flow when you need it and the ability to restrict the flow for sensitive situations. When the pump starts, liquid enters the reservoir compressing the bladder until the maximum pressure for the pressure switch is reached then the pump shuts off.
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED A 12 VOLT BATTERY We recommend a Group 24 DeepCycle Marine 12 volt battery with 550 cold cranking amps or higher. A CHEMICAL MIX TANK OR BUCKET Most contractors use a 100 gallon mixing tank. GETTING STARTED 1. CONNECT THE BATTERY TO THE SYSTEM USING THE PROVIDED CABLES AND TERMINALS Deep cycle batteries have a two threaded posts with wingnuts on top. Remove the wingnuts and place them off to the side.
TIPS AND TRICKS A FULLY CHARGED PREMIUM GRADE 550 CRANKING AMP OR HIGHER GROUP 24 DEEP CYCLE BATTERY SHOULD GIVE THE USER UP TO 10 HOURS BEFORE RE-CHARGING IS NEEDED. Use a deep cycle battery charger when charging the battery while disconnected from the system. As the battery loses power there is a potential for the 30 amp fuse located in the battery box to break. It may also cause the 40/60 SPST Relay located on the head of the pump to fail. If the system does not power on, check the fuse and the relay.
