Make sure to fill to the fill line. FOOD IS NOT GOLDEN. g Use good frying oil not, butter, margarine, olive oil or animal fats. g The food is too thick. g The thermostat is at the wrong temperature. g Too much food. Try smaller batches.

Lower basket into oil. 2. Cut potatoes into julienne strips of equal size and thickness (1/4” x 1/4” x 4”). 3. Lift basket and place sliced potatoes in basket. 4. ® Calmars frits Ingrédients : 2 lb d’encornets lavés et coupés en anneaux de 1/4 po 1 tasse de farine tout-usage assaisonnée avec 2 c. à thé de sel et 1 c. à thé de poivre Méthode : 1. Préchauffer l’huile à 375°F. Abaisser le panier dans l’huile. 2. Rouler les encornets dans la farine assaisonnée et enlever l’excès. 3. Enlever le panier préchauffé de l’huile et placer une seule couche d’encornets dans le panier. 4. L’abaisser prudemment dans l’huile chaude. 5.
