MAX-FLOW Air Filters
The Max-Flow filter system is easy to install and does not
require any modification to the chain saw. The kit includes: a
filter cage, a heavy-duty rain cover, two foam elements, a nut
plate, and instructions. The system can be used with or with-
out the rain cover.
The kit comes with two elements. Each has different pore sizes
for different working conditions. A small pore foam element is
best when working in dusty conditions. The large pore foam
offers maximum flow, but does not filter fine particles. Both
filters are washable and reusable. MAX-FLOW recommends
using BEL RAY foam filter oil after each cleaning.
Max-Flow filter kits are available for STIHL 044, MS440, 046,
MS460, 066 & MS660. Please specify which saw you are fitting.
