® Before First Use Cleaning the Unit READ INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY. 1. Remove all packing materials. 1. Turn the temperature dial to the “OFF”position. Unplug from the wall outlet. Remove the temperature probe from the unit. 2. Wash the skillet and lid in warm soapy water and rinse well. Dry thoroughly. DO NOT immerse the temperature probe in water. 2.
