Before operating the remote control unit! TjNE[T,N_
Be sureto pressthe properremote controlmode selector _'_
buttonto setthe remote controlunitto the AV mode.
While the "PO -" ("PI-", "P2-" or "P3-") indication is flashing,
use the shift button and the channel (CH) buttons (-, +) to
dsplay the preset number "P03"
,_ Each press of the shift button adds 10 to the current preset
number in the range of P01 to P40.
Example:
Starting with a Pt3
setting, each press of
the shift button results
in the changes P13 ..... "-_

Starting with a PO0 setting, each press of the shift button results in
the changes P0-P1O P20 P30 P40 P10 ..

Tune in the broadcast station that is to be preset and press
the Memory button.
A "PO -" ("Ply', "P2-" or "P3-") indication flashes for 10
seconds.
Press the MEMORY button while the "P03" display _s
flashing
The "P03" display will light and presetting will be
completed

Presetting
Up to 40 AM or FM stations can be preset using this procedure.
In addition to the reception frequency, the reception mode {monaural or auto) is also preset, so check the display when presetting stations.
If a station is preset at a number where a station is already preset, the previous station is replaced with the new station.
The preset memory is not cleared when the power cord is unplugged.
Example: Listening to the station preset at number P03 (This operation is only possible from the remote control unit.)
