• When pressed again, the search speed increases (DVD,
VIDEO CD in seven steps, CD in four steps).
• Press the PLAY button te resume normal playback.

• In some cases the menu screen may reappear when one of
the _ / I_1_ buttons is pressed during menu playback on
a video CD.

• A number of chapters er tracks equal te the number of
times the button is pressed is skipped.
• When the skip back button is pressed once, the pickup
returns te the beginning of the currently playing chapter or
track.

Searching using the number buttons
_1_:During playback, press the search mode button on the
remote control unit.
• The mode switches as shown below each time the
button is pressed:
Fer DVDs : Title _ _ Chapter
Fer CDs and video CDs : Track (no switching)
•_ The search mode set by pressing the search mode
button is stored in the memery until the power is
turned off.
_2_Use the number buttons on the remote contrel unit to
input the number of the title, chapter or track to be played.
•_ Some DVDs or videe CDs may be designed to operate
in special ways and will not eperate as described here.
During playback, press the II button on the remete contrel
unit.
• The picture moves forward one frame each time the button
is pressed.
• Press the PLAY button te resume normal playback.
