Using the adapter

Select smartphones do not use a standard audio jack conﬁguration. If these headphones are connected to a smartphone that is not compatible with the

mini plug on the headphones, the following issues may occur:

•Sound is not heard correctly when playing back music or talking on the telephone. Or, sound cannot be heard.

•The remote control does not function.

•The other person on the call cannot hear your voice.

In these cases, using the supplied adapter to connect to the smartphone as shown in the following ﬁgure device may ﬁx the problem.
