Troubleshooting
Check all connections.
If Envaya Mini does not operate properly, check the items listed in the table below.
Should the problem persist, there may be a malfunction. In this case, disconnect the power immediately and contact your store of purchase.

The battery is completely discharged. Connect Envaya Mini to the USB to AC power adapter or the USB
port of a computer to charge Envaya Mini.

The speaker is not connected to a USB to AC power adapter. Make sure the USB to AC power adapter is
connected to a working power source (AC wall outlet).
