Identity of Warrantor; Length
of
Non-Transferable Warranty
This Limited Warranty on your Denon Distributed Audio
product
is
made
by
Denon
Electronics (USA) LLC, the address
of
which is set forth below.
The duration
of
the
warranty
is
two
(2)
years from your date of purchase from
an
Authorized Denon
Dealer.
This
warranty does not cover products purchased from any source other than an Authorized
Denon
Dealer.
It
is personal to you and not transferable.
How
to Request Warranty Assistance
If
you
believe
your Denon product
is
not operating correctly,
please
visit the support page
on our Denon website lwww.usa.denon.com) for assistance with troubleshooting or contact
Denon Customer Support team at (855)-499-2820.
In
the event we cannot
help
you fix
your problem over the phone, and your warranty
is
not expired, you may be entitled to have
your product repaired or replaced at Denon's expense. The replacement product might be
the same or a similar model, and it might be a refurbished product.
What is covered and
what
is not covered
Except as specified below, this warranty covers parts and
labor
to
correct
all
defects
in
materials and workmanship during the warranty period.
It
includes free shipping to you
of a repaired or replacement product, if you are entitled to receive one.
You
must pay to
ship your product to Denon if Denon elects to
fulfill
its warranty
obligation
by repairing your
product. The
following
are not covered:
1.
Damage, deterioration, malfunction or failure to meet performance specifications from:
A)
Accident, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorized product modification.
B)
Improper installation, removal or maintenance, or failure to
follow
instructions
supplied
with the product.
C)
Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Denon to repair the product.
D)
Any shipment damage of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier).
E)
Any defect cause other than a product defect.
F)
Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts,
or
components.
2.
Shipping of repaired or replacement products outside the United States and Canada.
3.
Cleaning, initial set-up,
check-ups
with
no
defects found,
or
charges incurred for
installation,
removal or reinstallation of the product.
4.
Any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified, or removed.
5.
Accessories, including but not limited to, batteries, cables, mounting hardware and
brackets, cleaning accessories, antenna and detachable power cords
6.
The warranty period
is
not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product.
Who
May
Enforce the warranty?
This warranty may be enforced only by the original purchaser.
You
must retain and provide
a copy
of
your purchase documentation upon request.
What
we
will
pay for
We
will
pay for
all
labor and material expenses for items covered by the warranty,
plus
shipping
of
a repaired
or
replacement product
to
you, if you are entitled
to
repair
or
replacement.
Limitation of
implied
warranties
All
implied warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness for a particular
purchase are limited
in
duration to the length of this warranty.
Exclusion
of
damages
Den on's liability for any defective product
is
limited to repair or replacement
of
the product
at Denon's option. Denon
shall not be liable for damage to other products caused by
any defects
in
Denon products, damages based upon inconvenience or
loss
of
use of the
product, or any other damages, whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise.
How
the
law
relates
to the warranty
Some states do not
allow
limitations on how long
an
implied warranty lasts and/or
do
not
allow
the exclusion or limitation
of
inci-dental
or
consequential damages, so the above
limitations
or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific
legal
rights and you may have other rights which vary from
state to state.
