Jetstream provides a full arrangement of hoses and ex
lances for ultra high pressure waterblasting. The hoses
and lances are designed to be durable and reliable for any
40,000 psi application. A large selection of 25’, 35’ and
50’ hoses and lances are kept in inventory, while a wide
variety of lengths can be ordered.
All hoses and ex lances are constructed of a plastic
core reinforced with high tensile steel wire and enclosed
in a durable, exible thermoplastic jacket. The smooth
plastic core minimizes pressure loss and offers maximum
resistance to damage caused by aging, moisture absorption
and changing environmental factors. As an added safety
benet, all supply hoses with the abrasion cover spiral
will be colored orange. Beginning in 2015, all ex lances
supplied will be orange from end to end.
A key element of the thermoplastic supply hose is the
heavy-duty abrasion cover. This cover prevents excess
damage caused by vibration and movement of the hose
on rough or uneven surfaces when connecting from the
pump to an intermediary high pressure tool, such as a
Tumble Box.
The ex lances are uncovered lances used for the
cleaning of small diameter tubes found in heat
exchangers, condensers and boilers. The use of smaller
ex lances allows for easy passage through bends due to
great exibility and minimal bend radius.
