ATTENTION : Avant toute ouverture de la trappe il faut se déconnecter de la ligne téléphonique pour prévenir l’utilisateur de tout choc électrique. L’ouverture de la trappe ne peut se faire qu’avec l’aide d’un outil.
c) Percer 2 trous à 10 cm d’intervalle horizontalement et y fixer les vis en laissant dépasser suffisamment les têtes de vis pour qu’elles puissent se loger dans les trous de l’adaptateur mural. d) Insérer les pieds amovibles dans les emplacements au bas du téléphone pour assurer une position verticale sur le mur. e) Aligner les trous de l’adaptateur mural fixé au socle du poste avec les têtes de vis et faire glisser l’appareil vers le bas jusqu’au blocage sur les têtes de vis.

Note : La date et l’heure sont automatiquement mis à jour lors de la réception du premier appel si le service affichage de l’appelant est en service sur l’équipement auquel le téléphone est raccordé. Modification du code de verrouillage (Code PIN) En mode « REGLAGE » sélectionnez le menu « MODIFIER PIN» à l’aide des touches ou et validez avec la touche . L’afficheur signal « CODE PIN ? » pour entrer l’ancien code puis validez avec la touche . L’afficheur invite ensuite à entrer le nouveau code à 4 .

Les mémoires et la liste des contacts ne sont pas affectés par cette réinitialisation des paramètres. En mode « REGLAGE » sélectionnez le menu « PARAM.

Appuyer maintenant sur le bouton rouge du médaillon pendant au moins 7 secondes. Au relâchement du bouton, la lumière blanche au dessus du médaillon doit clignoter. Dès que la procédure d’enregistrement est terminée, le téléphone revient en position de repos et un signal sonore sur le médaillon associé et l’arrêt du clignotement de la lumière blanche confirme l’enregistrement.

UTILISATION Utilisation des touches de fonctions Mode mains-libres La touche permet de prendre la ligne sans l’utilisation du combiné. Cette touche permet aussi de répondre à un appel. Le volume d’écoute du haut parleur peut être réglé au moyen des touches niveaux de réglage. ou . Il y a 6 Touche secret / Coupure microphone Il est possible de couper le microphone du combiné en appuyant sur la touche « x ». Un nouvel appui sur cette touche rétablit la communication.
o o Le médaillon appelé sonnera avec la mélodie pour appel interne. Le médaillon peut prendre l’appel en appuyant sur le bouton rouge. Le médaillon et le HDmax SOS sont alors en conversation. Pour transférer l’appel sur le médaillon il faut raccrocher le combiné sur le HDmax SOS. Conférence à trois : o o o Un appui long (3 secondes) sur la touche ‘R/C’ durant un appel permet d’appeler un médaillon. Si plusieurs médaillons sont enregistrés sur la base, le numéro du médaillon sera demandé.
Mémoires directes et indirectes Le HDmax SOS est pourvu de deux mémoires directes (Touche M1 et M2) et 10 mémoires indirectes (les touches 0 à 9 du clavier). Programmation des mémoires Pour les mémoires M1 et M2 : - En mode repos entrez le numéro à mémoriser. Vous pouvez effacer les derniers chiffres composés à l’aide de la touche ‘R/C’. - Appuyez pendant 3 secondes sur la touche M1 ou M2 pour enregistrer le numéro. Un signal sonore confirmera l’enregistrement du numéro.
Effacement des mémoires Pour les mémoires M1 et M2 : - En mode repos appuyer deux fois sur la touche « # » - Puis appuyer sur la touche mémoire à effacer (M1 ou M2) pendant au moins 3 secondes - Un signal sonore confirmera l’effacement de la mémoire. Pour les mémoires indirectes - En mode repos appuyer deux fois sur la touche « # » pendant 3 secondes. L’afficheur - Puis appuyer sur la touche indique « TOP NUMBER » pour choisir le numéro de la mémoire à effacer.
A l’aide des touches ou sélectionnez la liste des appels « RECU » ou « N° APPELES » et validez avec la touche . Les touches ou vous permettent de faire défiler les numéros. L’afficheur indiquera en alternance le numéro appelé ou émis ainsi que la date et l’heure de l’appel. La touche ‘R / C’ permet de retourner aux menus précédents. Vous pouvez directement accéder à la liste des appels émis en appuyant sur la touche « BIS » en mode repos.

Modifiez au besoin la mélodie associée et validez avec la touche . Un bip confirme la modification de l’enregistrement. Utilisation de l’appel d’urgence L’appel d’urgence peut être déclenché à partir du téléphone HDmax SOS ou du pendentif.
- Il est possible d’interrompre l’appel d’urgence en appuyant de nouveau 7 secondes sur le bouton rouge de l’équipement qui a déclenché l’alarme.

Le poste appelé dans le cadre d’un appel d’urgence peut utiliser les touches 4, 5 et 6 comme indiqué ci-dessus.
l’utilisateur a 30 secondes pour reprendre l’appel avec le combiné du téléphone. En cas d’absence d’alimentation le téléphone peut émettre et recevoir des appels avec le combiné. L’affichage est éteint en mode repos et affiche « LINE IN USE » en mode décroché. Les mémoires ne sont plus actives.
Retrouver le code de verrouillage Cette procédure permet de retrouver le code de verrouillage si vous l’avez oublié. Cette procédure doit être réalisée avec précaution car une mauvaise manipulation peut rendre le téléphone inopérant. - - - En mode repos appuyer sur la touche . L’afficheur indique « LISTE APPELS ». Composer le code « *1006 » au clavier. L’écran indique « SW VERSION » A l’aide de la touche sélectionner le message « EEPROM SET ». Appuyer sur la touche pour confirmer.

Press key to confirm the changes, a sound will be heard once the setting succeeds. DEL RECORD: This function allows the user to delete a stored phonebook entry. TALK KEYPAD: The user can activate the voice talking keypad when a numeric key is pressed. Press item. Press key, then use or key to select “TALK KEYPAD” key to enter. or key to select “ON” or “OFF” to enable/disable the voice Press talking keypad. Press key to confirm your selection before exit, a sound will be heard once the setting succeeds. TALK CID: The user is able to activate voice talking for incoming call number.
DEL PENDT: This function allows the user to delete a pendant registration from the base. If the pendant has been deleted, it doesn’t work and needs to be registered with the base again. Press Press or key will scroll the pendant names list up and down, Press select the pendant you want to delete. Press key to confirm. The pendant will be deleted from the list of registered pendants on the base, and the pendant will behave according to the out of range condition together with an alert sound.
Press key to confirm, a sound will be heard once the setting succeeds. If selecting VOLUME, press key to enter. Press or key to select desired ringer volume 1-5, if you want to switch off, select “OFF”, Press key to confirm, a sound will be heard once the setting succeeds. Because key is in the base unit, pendant has no ringer and volume displays. EXT RING: Kindly follow the same instructions for internal ring (as above).

Memory full There are 80 phone book memories. When all memories have been stored in the phone book and you want to add a new one number, the LCD will show memory full; in this condition the user should delete some numbers which are stored in the phonebook. Intercom The intercom feature is activated by pressing and holding the “R/C” key for 3 seconds: In standby mode.
3 Party conference call During a phone call to the base unit. Press “R/C” key for 3 seconds during conversation and you will be invited to insert the pendant number you want to be connected to. The destination pendant will ring with the melody defined for internal call. Press the pendant red button to accept the call. Once the pendant accepts the call, press key in the base to talk all together. SOS (Emergency calls) operation: SOS Emergency SOS button (both on pendant and base unit).
Other SOS operations in the pendant are the same as in the base. Room Monitor Operation: A. When the room monitor function is set “ON” and external line calls in, a ring sound can be heard in the base. 1. When the pin code is “9999”, the call party can pick up the line automatically without a code to monitor the end user in both base and pendant 1, in the hands free mode. 2.

If power fails when talking with the pendant, the pendant will be automatically switched off and it will put on hold by the base for 30 seconds while displaying “LINE IN USE”. You can resume the conversation by picking up the handset within 30 seconds, otherwise external line will automatically disconnect after 30 seconds.
