PLEASE NOTE!
These pergola kits are delivered to you via semi-truck. The wooden
crate containing the contents is at least 10' long and weighs over a
thousand pounds. The service is CURBSIDE ONLY meaning the truck
driver will not carry the contents of the crate anywhere other than the
parking spot of the address you supply to Home Depot for delivery.
The customer is responsible for moving the contents to the final
destination. The driver is instructed to empty the contents of the crate .
The contents should not weigh more than 50-60 pounds each.
You must be available for your delivery with the appropriate
method of moving the contents to the final destination.
