ASSEMBLY / INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please read carefully and save these instructions, as you may need them at a later date.

CAUTION

Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing the fixture, in order to prevent possible shock.

GENERAL

All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and National Electrical Code (N.E.C.) standards.

If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections obtain the services of a qualified

electrician. Remove the fixture and the mounting package from the box and make sure that no

parts are missing by referencing the illustrations on the installation instructions. Tools are

required when install this fixture.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

Turn off the power at fuse or circuit breaker. Carefully unpack the fixture, lay out all parts on a clean surface.

There are two options for you to install the swag light:

Option 1: Portable wire installation.

Note: Cut off the fixture ground wire at the top of fixture body.

A. For plaster or plaster board ceilings

1. Drill a hole in the ceiling to the same diameter as closed FLAPS of the enclosed TOGGLE BOLT assembly(A).

2. Thread the TOGGLE BOLT into HOOK (A).

3. Insert the FLAPS into the ceiling with the TOGGLE BOLT and HOOK protruding through the ceiling and

screw the HOOK with TOGGLE BOLT until HOOK is tighten against the ceiling surface as shown.

4. Drape your CHAIN to second HOOK or let it hang straight.

B. For wood or acoustic board ceilings (minimum thick size is 1-1/2 Inch) 1. Select a place on the ceiling where a wood beam exists. 2. Thread the WOOD SCREW into HOOK (B). 3. Screw the assembly into the wood beam. 4. Drape your CHAIN to second HOOK or let it hang straight. 5. Install the BULB (Not included). 6. Once CHAIN & wire are arranged, plug into outlet & turn on the SWITCH and enjoy. Option 2: Fixed wire installation 1. Cut off the PLUG and SWITCH at point "A" by wire cutters. 2.
