Architectural Testing, Inc., an Intertek company (“Intertek-ATI”), was contracted by Fortress
Railing Products to perform structural performance testing on their 8 ft by 36 in Designer’s
Image™ level aluminum guardrail. The purpose of the testing is performance testing in
accordance with the following criteria with the intention of not submitting for evaluation
purposes:
