Installation Instructions

6. Measure the distance between posts. ADD
4 INCHES TO THIS MEASURMENT. Each
rail end must extend into the post about 2".
Using a saw, cut both Top & Bottom Rails (G),
and both Steel Rail Inserts (H) to this length.
7. Slide one Steel Rail Insert (H) facing DOWN into
one of the Rails (G) with the Spindle holes facing
UP, this will be your Bottom Rail. (See Fig 3.)
Insert one end into the fully secured Post first,
then into the second Post. Be sure the Spindle
holes are facing UP. Leaving the second Post
loose in Step 5 should allow the room
necessary to insert the Rail. (See Fig 4.)
9. Slide the other Steel Rail Insert (H)
facing DOWN into the other Rail (G)
with the Spindle holes facing DOWN,
this will be your Top Rail. (See Fig 6.)
Insert one end into the fully secured
Post first, then carefully over each
Spindle. Insert the other end into the
second Post. (See Fig 7.)
The second Post can now be fully
secured.
8. Center the Bottom Rail between the Posts
and insert all Spindles (I). (See Fig 5.)
10. Center the Top Rail between the Posts.
Using L-Shaped Brackets (F), secure
the Top Rail using Screws (E) at either
end. (See Fig 8.)
11. Attach the Post Cap (C)
using PVC Glue or Caulk
(See Fig 9.)
12. Snap Post Sleeve Ring (D)
over post at base.
(See Fig 10.)
