Installation Tips: • Plan and draw out your railing project, (to scale) with the actual measurements of your deck or balcony with the location of the railings that need to be installed. • It may be necessary to cut the rails to balance the sections properly. Always cut equal lengths from each end of the rails so the spindles are well centered. • If trimming a section is needed, be sure to remove the steel insert before cutting.
6. Measure the distance between posts, Fig. 3 following the angle of the stairs. Using a hack saw, cut Top Rail (E), Iron Bush (F), and Bottom Rail (J) to this length if necessary. 7. Slide the Bottom Rail Brackets (I) on to the Bottom Rail (J), and the Top Rail Brackets (C) on to the Top Rail (E) and Iron Bush (F). Lay these assemblies on the stairs between the posts. Position the brackets as shown and mark the angles made by the intersection of each post. (See Fig 3.) Fig. 4 Fig. 6 8.
