7. Slide one Steel Rail Insert (H) facing DOWN
into one of the Rails (E) with the Spindle holes
facing UP, this is your Bottom Rail. (See Fig 4.)
Before inserting into the Post, it will be necessary to
elongate the post holes to accommodate the height
of the rail. (See Fig 5. & Fig. 6) Be sure the Spindle
holes are facing UP. Leaving the second Post loose in
Step 5 should allow the room necessary to insert the Rail.
9.
Slide the other Steel Rail Insert (H)
facing DOWN
into the other Rail (E) with the Spindle holes
facing DOWN, this will be your Top Rail. (See Fig 8.)
It will be necessary to elongate the
post holes again to accommodate
the height of the rail. (See Fig 5.
& Fig. 6) Insert one end into the
fully secured Post first, then
carefully over each Spindle.
Insert the other end into the
second Post. (See Fig 8.)
The second Post can now be
fully secured.
8. Center the Bottom Rail between the Posts
and insert all Spindles (I). (See Fig 7.)
10. Center the Top Rail between the Posts.
Using L-Shaped Brackets (G), secure
