6. Measure the distance between posts.
Using a hack saw, cut Top Rail (H), Steel
Top Rail Insert (I), Bottom Rail (L), and
Steel Bottom Rail Insert (M) to this length.
7. Slide the Steel Bottom Rail Insert (M)
into the Bottom Rail (L) and align
the spindle holes.
8. Affix the 2 Rail Support Blocks (N) to
the Bottom Rail (L) using included
screws (F). These blocks should be
located at equal distances between
the posts. (See Fig 3.)
9. Slide Bottom Rail Brackets (K) over
the Bottom Rail (L). Position the Bottom
Rail between the posts and affix the
brackets to the posts using Screws (F)
and (G). (See Fig 4.)
10. Slide Spindles (J) into the holes
in the Bottom Rail (L). (See Fig 5.)
11. Slide Top Rail Brackets (E) over
the Top Rail (H) & Steel Top Rail
Insert (I). Carefully position
this assembly between the
posts, then slide each Spindle
into the Steel Rail Insert. Affix
the brackets to the posts using
Screws (F) and (G). (See Fig 6.)
12. Attach the Vinyl Post Cap (C) using
PVC Glue (See Fig 7.)
13. Snap Post Sleeve Ring (I) over
post at base. (See Fig 8.)
