Warranty
We go to strive to ensure the products we offer at Designer Stencils® are safe, high quality, and free of defects.
All Designer Stencils® products a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. The 30 days is calculated from the
date our records indicate you have successfully received your order. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and
dents, are not covered under the Designer Stencils® warranty.
Please note that our products require special care - for example, they are not appropriate for the dishwasher. Please
read each product description carefully because not following the product care instructions voids the warranty and
may cause damage to the product. We recommend you wash the stencil with warm water and soap and hang to dry.
If you have a warranty claim, please submit both a photo and proof of purchase to [e-mail].
