WARRANTY LEVELS
90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON FIXTURE
This product has been individually tested to assure quality workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days from
the date of the original purchase. The original dated sales receipt must be presented with any product claim.
ONE YEAR, LIMITED WARRANTY ON FIXTURE
This product has been individually tested to assure quality workmanship and materials for a period of one year
from the date of the original purchase. Light bulbs and safety glass lenses are not part of this warranty and can be
purchased on www.cci-parts.com. The original dated sales receipt, a letter of explanation, and your complete
return mailing address must be included with any returned product. Upon receipt of the PREPAID product the
company at its option can either repair or replace the defective part or fixture at no charge to the purchaser. This
warranty does not apply to fixtures that have been used for rental or commercial purposes. It does not cover
fixtures that have been altered in any way or fixtures that have been subject to misuse, accidents or damage in
transit. The warranty does not include safety glass lenses or light bulbs.

IN NO CASE SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NO CHARGES
WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR UNAUTHORIXED REPAIRS, PARTS OR SERVICE.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and do not allow exclusions or
limitation of incidental damages, so parts or all of this warranty limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Legal warranty rights will vary from state to state and you may have other rights.

THE BULB. DO NOT OPERATE WITHOUT THE COMPLETE BULB ENCLOSURE IN PLACE OR IF THE LENS IS DAMAGED.
