The Direct Duct Mount Assembly (p/n 007525-XXX series) (Spec Sheet: 90-1151) is FM approved
for use with model PIRECL PointWatch Eclipse to be installed directly within air handling ductwork.
The assembly is mounted on the duct wall, with the PIRECL sensing chamber exposed directly to
duct airflow, ensuring fast response to Methane. A built-in calibration gas nozzle with an external,
self-sealing fitting enables testing and calibration without removal of the detector from the duct.
Not recommended for applications where duct air temperatures can exceed 167 °F (75 °C). Price
includes all necessary hardware for proper operation, but does not include PIRECL PointWatch
Eclipse. A factory pre-assembled Direct Duct Mount Kit is available (p/n 007529-XXX series) that
provides a PIRECL PointWatch Eclipse detector prefit into the Direct Duct Mount kit assembly.
Pricing for the 007529-XXX assembly includes the PIRECL PointWatch Eclipse. The Direct Duct
Mount Assembly complies to the ANSI/ISA-12.13.01-2000 performance standards.
The Model Q900 Duct Mount Kit (Spec Sheet: 90-1152) is FM approved for use with model PIRECL
PointWatch Eclipse to detect combustible hydrocarbon gases within air handling ductwork. The
Q900 is mounted to the exterior (top or side) of the duct wall and utilizes a duct inlet / return
tube arrangement that provides cross-duct air sampling without the need for vacuum pumps or
aspirators. The Duct Mount Kit is ideal for high temperature applications, and high temperature
flexible teflon tubes are provided to enable easy access to optics for inspection purposes. Price
includes all necessary hardware for proper operation, but does not include PIRECL PointWatch
Eclipse. One duct air inlet tube and one return tube are furnished with each Q900 kit. The Q900
Duct Mount Kit complies to the ANSI/ISA-12.13.01-2000 performance standards.
