(Spec Sheet: 90-1136) is a fiber optically coupled
infrared flame detector that is designed to provide maximum reliability with minimum maintenance
in installations that are difficult to monitor using conventional detectors.
The device consists of an optical assembly and an electronic assembly connected by a fiber optic
cable. The optical assembly and fiber optic cable can be installed in virtually any hazardous
location. This makes the detector highly suitable for protecting inaccessible locations or
environments where other detectors could not survive. The fiber optic cable (30, 45, 60, or 100
feet) is resistant to MEK, acetone, and other common solvents.
