CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Pull the tray sideways. Never pull it upwards, as this could damage the scale.
2. Replace the CR2032 memory battery at least once a year in order to ensure that the
memory does not lose its data.
IMPORTANT! Never remove both the CR2032 memory battery and the 9V operation
battery at the same time. This will cause the scale to lose all its data.
3. Remove the 9v battery if the scale is not used for a prolonged period of time.
4. Other than replacing the battery, do not disassemble the scale, it contains no user
serviceable parts.
5. Damage to the scale may occur as a result of improper handling. Avoid excessive impact
or vibration to the scale such as dropping it.
6. Clean the scale with a lightly dampened cloth.
