 Insert Offset delay for one side to ensure both sides of the
IP are not initiating at the same time. Ensure that both offset
delays are not the same to be able to stagger the pattern.
TIME SPECIALS
This function is used to time each Special detonators on the Tagger list.
 From Time Detonators menu press to select Time Specials
 Insert time for the individual Specials and press
until all Specials are timed.
TIME A ROW
This function is used to time each row on its own individually.
 From Time Detonators menu press to select Time a Row
 Insert row number you want to time and press
 Insert first hole that you want to time and press
 Insert the last hole number and press
