1. The test report is invalid without the official stamp of Tiansu.
Le rapport de test n'est pas valide sans le cachet officiel de Tiansu.
2. Nobody is allowed to photocopy or partly photocopy this test report without written permission of
Tiansu.
Personne n'est autorisé à photocopier ou photocopier partiellement ce rapport
de test sans l'autorisation écrite de Tiansu.
3. The test report is invalid without the signatures of Ratifier, Reviewer and Testing engineer.
Le rapport de test n'est pas valide sans les signatures du ratificateur, du
réviseur et de l'ingénieur de test.
4. The test report is invalid if altered.
Le rapport de test est invalide s'il est modifié.
5. Objections to the test report must be submitted to Tiansu within 15 days.
Les objections au rapport de test doivent être soumises à Tiansu dans les 15 jours.
6. The test report is valid for the tested samples only.
Le rapport de test est valable uniquement pour les échantillons testés.
