CODE POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION

1 Pressure switch does not shut off motor when com-

pressor reaches cut-out pressure

Pilot valve does not release pressure when air tank

reaches blow-off pressure

Set the Auto/Off switch to OFF(O), if the unit does not shut off

contact a D

WALT factory service center or a D

WALT authorized

service center.

Pilot valve must be replaced.

2 Pressure switch cut-out too high Contact a D

3 Tube fittings are not tight enough Tighten fittings where air can be heard escaping. Check fittings

with soapy water solution. Do Not Overtighten.
