POWER EXTENSION CABLE (FIG. 2–4, Select Models Only)
Using the power extension cable (I) gives you the ability to store the
USB power adapter and battery in additional pockets other than the
rear power source pocket (D). The extension cable can be routed to
an internal or external pocket on the left side of the heated gear.
NOTE: The power extension cable must be connected to the main
power cable (F) located in the power adapter pocket.

TO REMOVE THE BATTERY PACK (FIG. 3)
1. Unzip battery/power source pocket (D) and remove DCB091
USB power adapter (C).
2. Grasp battery pack firmly and pull from the DCB091 USB power
adapter. Insert battery into the charger as described in the
charger section of this manual.
FUEL GAUGE
When the battery is inserted into the DCB091 USB power adapter,
the LED will flash briefly, then the number of lights will illuminate for ten
seconds based on the state of charge of the battery pack.
The fuel gauge (H) is an indication of approximate levels of charge
remaining in the battery pack according to the following indicators:
100% – 75% charged
75% – 50% charged
50% – 15% charged

15% – 0% charged
*NOTE: One blinking bar indicates the
battery is low and it should be charged.
Power Button (Fig. 2)
The power button (B) is located on the inside, upper left side of the
heated gear.
To turn on the heated gear, press and hold the power button (B) one
to two seconds. When heated gear is turned on, it will immediately
go into preheat mode (blinking red LED light) for approximately
fiveminutes and then switch to the MEDIUM mode (solid white light).
Each time the power button is pressed it will cycle through these
modes:
HIGH heat – red LED light
MEDIUM heat – white LED light
LOW heat – blue LED light
To turn off the heated gear, press and hold the power button (B) one
to two seconds until the power button LED light turns off.
