Traffic information – TP STATION
Here, you set from which station traffic infor-
mation is to be heeded.
Note that
must be shown in the display
for this to work.
Activating/deactivating TP STATION
Listen to the station from which traffic informa-
tion is to be heeded.
1.
Select
RADIO SETTINGS in the menu and
press ENTER.
2.
Select
TP and press ENTER.
3.
Select
TP-STATION and press ENTER.
4.
Select
Set current to activate or RESET
to deactivate and press ENTER.
NOTE
Now only traffic information from the stored
station will by played.
News – NEWS STATION
Here, you set from which station news is to be
heeded.
Note that the set station in question must be an
RDS station for this to work.
Activating/deactivating NEWS STATION
Listen to the station from which news is to be
heeded.
1.
Select
RADIO SETTINGS in the menu and
press ENTER.
2.
Select
NEWS STATION and press
ENTER.
3.
Select
TP-STATION and press ENTER.
4.
Select
Set current to activate or RESET
to deactivate and press ENTER.
NOTE
Now only news from the stored station will
by played.
Automatic frequency update – AF
The AF function selects one of the strongest
transmitters for a set station. The radio may
sometimes need to search through the entire
FM wavelength to find a strong transmitter. If
this occurs, the radio mutes and
PI Seek
Press EXIT to cancel
appears in the display.
Activating/deactivating AF
1.
Select
RADIO SETTINGS in the menu and
press ENTER.
2.
Select
AF and press ENTER.
To reactivate AF, select
AF and press
ENTER.
Regional radio programmes – REG
This function causes the radio to continue with
a regional transmitter even if its signal strength
is low.
1.
Select
RADIO SETTINGS in the menu and
press ENTER.
2.
Select
Regional and press ENTER.
3.
REG appears on the display.
4.
To deactivate
REG, select REG again and
press ENTER.
